"Our experience with go mechanic is extremely horrible, they first take your vehicle and then send it to any local mechanic. In our case they shared an estimate of 30,000 for the work and then unreasonably raised it to 75,000 approx without any additional service. Their customer care team is also unresponsive and the executive given from their end is also unresponsive. Extremely horrible unprofessional behaviour. On top of it they do not even stick to their warranties."

"Please do not got to them. They are absolute frauds and cheats. There is no standard workshop. My car was taken for standard service. When the car given to them the service was started after more than 2 hours. Done in 45 mins. When the car came it was making a lot of noise. They now created a list of problems and asking me to pay close to 10K for all the problems. They have absolute frauds with no help from anyone ..so called service buddy. It's better to drive a unserviced car then asking them"

"Pathetic first service experience. Issues I have mentioned hasn't been checked and when I confronted I have been informed that it was fixed but now it is not working. Informed the same to Service Manager who assured me that your car will be picked up and issue will be fixed. But no one bothered to call for pickup or fixing the issue. This makes me decide that this is my first and last service with gomechanic"
